By checking “yes” on the registration form, I agree that:

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completed registration materials.

• Camp tuition is non-refundable once the camp session has begun.

• No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided for missed days, partial attendance, illness, scheduling conflicts, or early withdrawal.

• In the event that a camp session must be canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

• Families are responsible for ensuring that campers arrive and are picked up on time.

• By registering, families acknowledge that participation in music and dance activities involves physical movement and agree to participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

• Photos or videos taken during camp activities may be used for promotional purposes unless a family requests otherwise in writing prior to the start of camp.
